Seattle Sounders FC preview vs Comunicaciones

By Money Mike

The Seattle Sounders head over to the Central American continent yet again. This time to Guatemala for matchday 5 of the CONCACAF Champions League against Comunicaciones. Kickoff time is 7pm and will be televised on FOX Soccer and streamed live online at concacaf.com. The Sounders with a point in this match will book their place in the CONCACAF Champions League Quarterfinals next March. A win would put them closer to clinching the top spot in the group stage which would mean that they would get a much needed home field advantage in the 2nd leg of the Quarterfinal stage.

What to keep our eyes on for this game:

- The big focus is who will head coach Sigi Schmid partner up front this time. Last week against Herediano, Sigi decided to start Pat Noonan along side Nate Jaqua. That didn't come close to working. Fredy Montero has made big plays for the Sounders, I'd start him, and I also want to see Josh Ford make his debut in goal.
